Yesterday we turned the clocks back.

Many people get gloomy at the prospect of the shortening days. But the coming holiday season with its lights and festivities adds a lot of cheer. It is not to early to start thinking about holiday and Christmas parties, especially if you are planning to use an outside venue. Although the recession has put a damper on the over-the-top celebrations some had only a couple short years ago, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reserve your venue on your desired date if you wait until the last minute. Same goes with your caterer, and entertainment.
